The Individualised Program is intended for fencers who need training built around their individual context rather than a fixed framework.

Initial Consultation

Your programme is designed around your weekly schedule and fencing commitments, prioritising what you need most at each stage of the season.

Training Review

Sessions are delivered through TrueCoach and refined regularly using performance data, athlete feedback, adherence, and fencing load.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing communication ensures the programme adapts to recovery status, competition blocks, travel schedules, and nutritional considerations throughout the season.

Equipment

Training is fully adapted to your available equipment and training environment. Program can be delivered using a full gym setup, limited facilities or a home-based environment, with exercises and loading strategies adjusted accordingly.

Physical Testing and Profiling

As part of the Individualised program, selected athletes have access to an in-depth physical testing battery delivered in Manchester within a world-class training environment. Testing is used to build a detailed physical profile, inform program design, and guide long-term development and performance decisions.

Where appropriate, in-person sessions in Manchester may also be used to introduce new exercises and refine technique in key lifts, ensuring technical quality and safe progression within the Program.
Physical testing and in-person sessions are offered as optional additional services and are available exclusively to athletes enrolled in the Individualised Program.
